Speakers
Marko Summanen has over 30 years of global experience in projects, strategy, business, and sales, with work across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He spent much of his career at Valmet, leading major projects and business roles. At ResourceWise, he focused on forest sector development in Europe. He holds a degree in process automation engineering and is a frequent conference presenter and author of industry articles.
Michael Strobl is a packaging industry leader with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as Director of Innovation, Product Development & Technical Services at MM Board & Paper. He joined MM in 2020 after a long career at Mondi (1998–2019), where Strobl held multiple senior leadership roles, including Managing Director across several business segments and operations.
Susanna Partanen is CEO and Co-founder of Woamy, an Aalto University spinout scaling circular biofoam to replace plastic foams in packaging. With a background in interior architecture, she turned from design to accelerating sustainable innovation and now leads Woamy’s growth. She holds an MA from Aalto and has co-founded impact-driven organisations and businesses.
