PI's Autumn Meeting and Summit will be held at Dipoli on 17 November 2026. The Summit is free of charge for all PI members and it will be held as a hybrid event that can be participated in remotely or in person. Only the first 200 may attend the event in person.
The theme of the Autumn Summit is Controlling the Controllable – creating competitiveness and growth through factors that companies can influence themselves, such as efficiency and innovation. The programme will provide an overview of current competitiveness drivers and product markets, as well as feature interesting case presentations on domestic investments, new solutions and innovations.
The Summit day will begin with PI’s Autumn Meeting, covering topics including an
operational review, membership matters and recognition awards. The speakers at the Summit will include Nicholas Oksanen, EVP at AFRY, Harald Dialer, CTO and EVP at UPM, Antti Valtonen, VP at Metsä Spring and Aila Maijanen, Director at CLIC Innovation Oy. The event will be hosted by Amel Gaily (in the picture).
As a special program for students and recent graduates, we will also organize an excursion to Elomatic’s office in Keilaniemi.
The event is bilingual: the morning sessions will be conducted mainly in Finnish, while the afternoon sessions will be in English.

Participation
All parts of the Autumn Summit can be participated in remotely or in person. When participating remotely, questions and comments can only be posed in writing via a message wall without the right to vote. More detailed instructions regarding participation will be sent after registration, at least one day before the event.
Payment methods
The event is free of charge for PI's members and students. In addition, students' travel expenses from another location will be reimbursed within reasonable limits.
For NON-members the participation fee is 200 euros. The invoice can be delivered by post, e-mail or to the company as an e-invoice.
NB! Cancellations must be done 5 days prior to the event. If participation in the physical event cancelled later or if not cancelled at all, a fee of 20 euros will be charged.
