PI's Annual meeting will be held on April 11, 2024 in conjunction with the Pulp & Beyond - event at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, Helsinki.
The Annual meeting will cover the Section 7 of the Rules of the Association (including the annual report for 2023, financial statements, selecting board and other positions of trust and membership issues) a new honorary member will be elected and scholarships granted. PI's financial statements are available from 28 March on PI's member pages.
The Annual meeting can also be attended remotely. When participating remotely, questions and comments can only be posed in writing via a message wall without the right to vote. More detailed instructions regarding participation will be sent after registration, at least one day before the event.

The day's programme will continue after the Annual meeting at the Pulp & Beyond event, with a keynote speech by Risto E.J. Penttilä, CEO of Nordic West Office, on the Main Stage at 10:00 am.
