Has your address changed, have you switched employers, or have you completed your studies? Now is a good time to check that your details are up to date.
By keeping your personal details up to date, you ensure that you continue to receive current information about our events and member benefits. The Member directory makes it easy to stay in touch with former fellow students and colleagues and to find contact details for potential collaboration partners.
Everyone who checks their personal details by October 31, 2026 will be entered into a draw for 2 x 100 euros S Group gift cards, as well as other surprise prizes, such as Finnkino movie tickets. Check your details and make sure you are included in the draw!
Where and how can I update or confirm my details?
- You can check and update your information in the "Edit Your Details" section on the member pages.
- Log in with the email address and password registered in our member database.
Forgot your password? You can easily request a new one from the login page.
- Confirm your information by clicking the “My information is up to date” and “Save >>”- button at the bottom of the form.
- Note: Remember to save the page, even if your information is already up to date. The draw will include everyone who has saved their details.
The updated information may appear in the electronic registration with a delay of one day.

NB! We will send reminders to update your personal details by phone and mail if needed.
Your information is visible to other members in the electronic member directory on the member pages, where you can update your details at any time. PI's member pages are mobile-optimized and can be easily added to your phone's home screen directly from the web browser. Check the installation instructions if needed.
DRAWING RULES
You participate in the drawing by updating or confirming your personal information between September 1st and October 31st, 2026. The drawing will be held during November. Winners will be notified personally.

Participation Period
The participation period is from September 1 to October 31, 2026. The prizes will be drawn no later than November 5th, 2026.
Eligibility
All members of PI are eligible to participate. PI employees involved in organizing or executing the drawing are not eligible to participate.
Drawing and Prize
A prize, as mentioned in the publications, will be drawn among all members who have updated or confirmed their information. The winner will be contacted personally. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.
There are a total of 8 prizes in the draw:
2 S Group gift cards, each valued at 100 euros
6 surprise prizes, each valued at approximately 20-40 euros
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Other Terms and conditions
If the prize cannot be delivered to the winner, the winner will forfeit their right to the prize, and the organiser reserves the right to draw a new winner or to withhold the prize. Participation in the drawing requires that membership fees are paid. The organiser limits its liability to the value of the prizes. By participating in this drawing, participants agree to adhere to these rules. The organiser reserves the right to make changes.
