PI's Annual meeting will be held on April 16, 2026 in conjunction with the Pulp & Beyond - event at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, Helsinki. The Annual meeting can also be attended remotely.
The Annual meeting will cover the Section 7 of the Rules of the Association (including the annual report for 2025, financial statements, selecting board and other positions of trust and membership issues) and awards. PI's financial statements are available from 2 April on PI's member pages.

PI’s Annual meeting is free of charge and can be participated in person or in remotely. When participating remotely, questions and comments can only be posed in writing via a message wall without the right to vote. More detailed instructions regarding participation will be sent after registration, at least one day prior the event.
