How to Enter and Eligibility
The prize draw is open from 24 August to 30 September 2026. Every new member who joins Puunjalostusinsinöörit ry – PI during the campaign period will automatically be entered into the draw to win two cinema tickets. Employees of Puunjalostusinsinöörit ry – PI, as well as employees and family members of companies involved in organizing this prize draw, are not eligible to participate. The Organizer reserves the right to disregard entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
Prize Draw and Delivery of the Prize
The prize draw will be conducted and the winner will be notified no later than 15 October 2026. The Organizer will contact the winner and agree on the delivery of the prize.
Prize
The prize is two (2) cinema tickets.
Prize Conditions
Each person may enter the prize draw only once. The Organizer reserves the right to disregard entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions. The winner will be contacted by email or telephone. If a participant has provided incorrect or incomplete contact information, or if the notification of the prize or the prize itself cannot be delivered to the winner by 15 November 2026 for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer is under no obligation to deliver the prize or provide any equivalent compensation. The prize is personal and may not be transferred to a third party. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product or benefit. The Organizer is responsible for all costs associated with the prize draw.
Organizer’s Liability
The Organizer’s liability is limited to the value of the prize specified in these terms and conditions. The Organizer is not liable for any erroneous draws caused by technical issues or for any identified misuse or abuse of the prize draw.
Other Terms
By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Participants’ contact details will be used solely for communication relating to the prize draw and will not be added to PI’s marketing and communications register.
